Sony blu ray player netflix freezes

Alle BRAVIA Fernseher, Blu-ray Player und Blu-ray Systemanlagen ab 2012. Allerdings nicht der BDP-S185 und der HX925 Fernseher, die zwar noch in 2012 verkauft wurden aber noch auf den 2011 Modellen basieren. Warum kann ich mit meinem Gerät Netflix nicht empfangen, obwohl es auf den US-Geräten der gleichen Generation verfügbar ist?
