My volume keeps turning down

I have Pandora installed to listen to while I jog. However, the volume keeps going down by itself. I had my phone in a pouch around my waist, so I thought maybe I was bumping the volume by accident. I removed the phone and held it in my hand and it still kept doing it. It turns itself all the way down and I constantly have to keep turning it up
